You Missed Out on Buying a Painting for Half a BILLION DOLLARS

A painting by Leonardo da Vinci  sold for almost half a billion dollars. The painting, "Salvator Mundi" which depicts Jesus Christ, was hammered at $450,312,500 . The painting was sold by Christies in New York City on November 15 to an anonymous buyer, at the time. However, the anonymous buyer has been revealed. It turns out that the government of Abu Dhabi was the successful bidder. The painting will be displayed at the Louvre Abu Dhabi, a branch of the Louvre in Paris.
