Raffles Hotel is Up for Sale

The grand hotel in Singapore, the Raffles, owned by the famous investor Prince Alwaleed of Saudi Arabia, is up for sale. The price is only $450 million. The Prince decided to sell as his net worth dropped from $21 billion to $13 billion.
