La Jolla Has the Most Expensive Homes in the US

La Jolla is the exclusive community in the northern part of the city of San Diego. For the second year in a row, Caldwell Banker has name the La Jolla housing market as the most expensive in the country, with the average 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home selling for $2,125,000, a greater than 16% increase over last year.
