$22 Million for San Francisco Island

Red Rock Island in San Francisco Bay, the only private island in the San Francisco bay area, is still up for sale at a price of $22 million. It supposedly has pirate gold buried there, and during the 1960's, there was a proposal to build a casino there. The island is 5.8 acres and is the center point for three counties.
