Steve Wynn Bought Popeye for $28.2 Million

At a Sotheby's auction, a Jeff Koons's sculpture of the cartoon "Popeye"was hammered at $28.2 million.

The successful bidder was none other than the wealthy casino owner, Steve Wynn.
