$400,000 Paid for a Boat Shed in Australia

I guess Australia must be experiencing some kind of a housing boom, similar to what the US had back in 2005. A couple families paid $400,000 ($455,000 in Australian dollars) for a boat shed in Victoria, Australia, and that doesn't even include the land, which must be leased. So you think the buyers are converting it into a luxury waterfront property? No, they just want to store their beach gear there.
