Most Expensive Sculpture Sells for over $100 Million


The 6 foot high sculpture created by Alberto Giacometti, called "L'Homme Qui Marche I," just sold for $104,327,006 at auction. Sotheby's did not disclose the winning bidder.
The previous record for artwork was set in 2004 "Garçon à la Pipe," created by Pablo Picasso in 1905, which was sold for $104.1 million.
