Most Expensive Mansion in US has Sold

Le Belvedere, a huge mansion in Bel Air, California, which was previously owned by Mohamed Hadid, former owner of Ritz Carlton Hotels, has sold at an estimated price of $72 million. The buyers were not announced, other than the fact that they are from Europe.

The 48,000 square foot home has 10 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, 16 imported Italian marble fireplaces, and a 20 car garage.

Maybe the real estate market has turned around.
