Would You Pay $20.1 million for a One Bedroom House?

Imagine a 10,000 square foot mansion with only one bedroom. This was the Los Angeles home of Hollywood producer Richard Zanuck, and according to the The Wall Street Journal, it sold for $20.1 million.

Although the house has just one bedroom, it also has a movie theater, a tennis court, an Arnold Schwarzenegger designed gym, plus two guest houses. The house is located in Beverly Park, a gated community.

The buyer's name was not disclosed.
