$140 for a Million Dollar Picasso

How would you like to pick up a million dollar Picasso for a little over $100? Well, a young American did. A 25 year old bought a drawing called "L'Homme au Gibus" through a raffle by Sotheby's in Paris. 

The lucky purchaser plans on keeping the drawing for now, not selling it.
